Preparation:
Wash your lemons thoroughly with clean water and squeeze out all of the juice, set it aside. Do not throw the lemon peel away. Next, add your water into a clean pot, set it on the stove and add in your lemon peel.
Let it boil for 30 to 45 minutes and when it is done, strain out the liquid, mix in your lemon juice and let it cool. Pour your remedy into a clean bottle and keep it in the fridge. Drink this mixture 30 minutes before lunch and dinner every day for fast results.
