1. Lemon Juice

Mix both the ingredients and allow the mixture to sit for a while. Now add the mixture to a glass of water and mix well. Drink this solution immediately and repeat again after a few hours.
  • Those who do not like the taste of baking soda can simply mix the juice of half a lemon and water in a glass and drink it. Drink at least 3 glasses in a day until the gout reduces.
2. Ginger
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties which reduces swelling in the joints. Mix equal amounts of ginger powder, turmeric powder and fenugreek powder. Take a teaspoon of this mixture with a glass of warm water every day in the morning and at night before going to bed.
